Morphological characteristics
Carpoforo: 1-4 cm, with juicy, spongy, yielding, globular irregular flesh, gall-shaped, with white, yellow, red or green spots.
Hymenium (external surface): rather hairy, white.

Edibility, habitat and observations
Relationship with the surrounding plant environment: parasitic mushroom.
It is found in the mountains on the rhododendron plant (Rhododendrum ferrugineum), in summer-autumn.
